Developmentally Appropriate Montessori Curriculum 

From Birth to 3 Years Old

In the first three years of an infant's life, the toddler lays the foundation for learning. It is crucial to consider these three years carefully, as all future education and skills will be based on them. 

These are the years where your infant can be made into almost anything, these are the years to give his body and mind the right shape to be close to the culture, emotions, feelings, and even for future experiences.

Ages 3 to 6

A learning age curriculum for children between 3 and 6 years old consists of four areas:-

1. The Practical Life

These activities aim to invoke respect and care for the environment and its belongings. Activities such as cleaning, polishing, setting the table with flowers, and cleaning grace and courtesy are aimed at developing love and a sense of responsibility for nature in the child.

2. Sensory learning 

Children learn more through their senses than through their actions. Sensory abilities contribute to a child's learning through specific qualities: smell, size, weight, texture, flavor, color.

3. Language

The language can be considered the first communication tool they acquired. Children can communicate intelligently and slowly learn the importance of speaking, telling, listening, and responding. Additionally, they gain knowledge about history, music, and the arts while simultaneously learning to write and feeling the touch of it.

4. Mathematics

These materials will help children build a strong understanding of numbers and their applications intuitively. Subjects such as geometry, algebra, and series, etc.
